Q: What delivery options do you have?

We provide FREE delivery across the UK on all orders over £30. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, with delivery typically arriving within 3 - 5 days. We also offer next day delivery (an additional charge may be required).

Q: What type of age verification is required?

You must be 18 or over to purchase any vaping products. We use robust age verification systems both online and in our St Helens stores, including ID checks and Challenge 25 policies.
